Session Benefits This practice harmonizes breath with mindful movement to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing stress hormones while fostering resilience. Breathwork techniques like Dirga and Nadi Shodhana soothe overactive nerves, asanas target tight hips, shoulders, and spine to discharge stored trauma, and uplifting sequences energize without overwhelm. Ideal for 1:1 sessions, online or in-person, with modifications for all levels. After a brief initial phone consultation, we will create a 75 minute experience suitable to your emotional and physical requirements.
